How to Safely Clean a Keyboard or Mouse
- Important Note: Do NOT spray the cleaner directly onto the technology as it could cause it to break. Instead, spray the microfiber cloth and then use that to wipe everything clean.
- Spray your microfiber cloth with a Technology approved cleaner and gently wipe the desired surface. Note: Do NOT use water.
- Spray your cloth once again before moving onto the next surface.
- If there is dust or dirt deep in, you can blow them out with compressed air.

Mouse Troubleshooting
- If your mouse isn’t moving at all, first make sure that it is securely plugged into your computer.
- Try unplugging it and plugging it back in to a different USB port if possible and then doing a full Restart of the computer.
- If it still won’t move then turn the mouse over to inspect the underside. Make sure that nothing is blocking the red light at the bottom
- If you mouse is moving too slowly or too quickly, you can change that in the settings by adjusting the scroll speed in the Control Panel.

- Another tip, if you are left-handed and would rather swap the side of your computer that the mouse is on, you can change the Primary Button in Mouse Settings.
